Attorney-General's Chambers appeals SDP acquittal decision

I had previously wrote about that decision, and the AGC has decided to appeal that decision.

Justice Choo Han Teck said he needed more time to consider the submissions from the respondents and the prosecution, which is represented by the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC). This means he will decide at a later date whether to dismiss the appeal or to allow the appeal against the five.

It might come as no surprise to cynics, but it is still too early to tell if the appeal will be allowed. I am also more interested in the follow-up action of the government in adjusting this law; those actions will tell us more.
